Cheesy Mini-Pumpkins

I love fall recipes! Here's Cheesy Mini-Pumpkins
I don't think we're having a Leisurama Halloween Ball this year, but if we were going to I would make these!
NOT My reciepe - courtesy of Gourmet Mom On The Go's Blog!:

Cheesey Mini-Pumpkins
makes about 20

Ingredients:
2 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 package Ranch dressing mix
1 C. shredded cheese, any kind (we used a Mexican blend)
1 C. crushed cheese crackers
Green Onion, for garnish
Green Pepper, for garnish

Directions:
Mix cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and shredded cheese in a bowl until combined. Take a heaping spoonful, roll it into a ball shape and roll in crushed cheese crackers. Set on a plate and make a small indention with your finger to form the pumpkin shape. Add a green pepper "stem" and green onion "leaf". Serve with pretzels, carrots, crackers, pea pods, whatever your family likes to dip.

The only thrill of my day came from a makeout dream with jack white (of white stripes) and finding out he was a horrible kisser-yet realizing he liked me better than everyone else.

blue's shoes

This neato lady only wears Electric Blue! I absolutely admire someone who could orchestrate such a thing. It's not like it's white or black (which is pretty much an easy shot even though blacks do vary ...) because there are so many shades of blue! There were other single color wearing New Yorkers profiled here! All pretty much awesome. Except for mr. brown. I mean, come on ... it's brown.

Child Labor

I always keep in mind that being born in the United States is pretty much like winning the lotto as far as having it a lot better than the rest of the world ... then having good parents, etc. I know how extremely lucky I truly am ... People forget how easy a lot of the world has it now, without realizing what could have become of you if you were born here, but just a few generations ago: check out what happened to these kids around the turn of the last century.
