A few months ago (feb?) I made the commitment to myself to exercise daily. this is something I have never done in my whole life - I was a soccer girl in high school, I was a softball girl in middle school and then I even played in an adult league post college in chicago, but since then I have been afraid to exercise in general after being diagnosed as insulin dependant.
So I decided if i did 20 mins a day, it wouldn't mess with my sugars or much else so that I wouldnt pass out cold on the treadmill.
I have actually loved it, which I never thought I would exactly. Starting slow, working up to now being able to run a few miles a day, going to our beautiful Y (no sarcasm here), doing boot camp, pilates, yoga and more.
But there's lots I don't know about it & I'm still trying to figure out how to schedule everything.
I don't know if I'm wearing my bod out, or if it's all normal ... it seems everytime I look online for information there's a different opinion every single time.
So here's my big question :
What do you do?
