I'm totally excited about the upcoming Loosetooth Cookbook! She is also raising money for America's Second Harvest, so buy one when the cookbook is finished cooking (I'll remind you!).

I dare you to make one of these this year for halloweenie. I'd bet you'd get sweaty boot rash. But I also bet you'll see these shoes on the runways soon.

Adam replaced my broken camera, thank you Adam! Here's two photos that were sitting in the memory for a few months. I think that car was headed for the demolition derby. The lamps were all racecar drivers except for one eagle. No Last Supper ones---though I did find one at a different place but didn't have my camera on me.

RIP Rodney, aw, I loved Rodney. I even had an internet brush with fame with him. Half of my favorite people are dead. Funny coincidence: in the last week I have heard two separate newscasters bring up the "Triple Lindy" as an impossible one-time feat. Maybe this will wind up in the Houghton Mifflin book of Idioms?
Favorite part of the Venture Brothers theme: the spinning skull, also the umlaut super hero guy ala the heavy metal umlaut. Did I spell umlaut right? If not, it's the little ¨ thingie. Yöü gët ït.

I've always liked trios (Morphine, Violent Femmes, etc.) I'm amazed at what can come from just three people. Check out Chicago's The Pindrops. They let you have a listen for free! Can't beat that. Can't beat that with a stick.
