Favorite things about indiangiftsportal.com:
1. The fact that ashtrays are in with office supplies
2. The one-of-these-things-is-not-like-the-other sorta feeling on the toys page (look for the names of the 3 bears)
3. The selling-point taglines on the Fashion Jewellery page including Decorations for your earlobes! and Treat your waist with flowers!
4. This Painting

I HATE perfumes that smell like flowers because they always smell like old lady (except for maybe sunflower and gardenia). There's nothing like the smell of gardenia. I want one of everything gardenia. And if you've ever been to Hawai'i you've smelled gardenias. Fo' sho' yo'! Too bad Martha's are $49.99 poooooooooopie. And that's another thing... Hey Martha! I want to buy all the flowers on your new site, but the monthly roses thingie is out of the budget!

birthday blizzard
Today was totally crazy as far as birthdays go. Mom told my on my 2nd birthday we got hit with the Alberta Clipper and no one could leave our house because the snow was up to the top of the garage door ((& so she had to make pineapple upside down cake because all she had in the house was a can of pineapple)). Well, it's come back for my 28th. So expect another one for my 44th!

Working on some changes for supah.com expect some new code and a new face soon. Which reminds me, I definitely need to update the weblog soon. I'm just so stuck on the technicolor birdies. Any suggestions?

more bad fashion

The neat thing about this picture is that it would work with virtually any candidate standing there.

Fun(ly-animated) Japanese etiquette lessons: How to Bow Fun! Me like! One thing I can tell from the co-worker coming over for dinner one is that I would fail horribly as a Japanese housewife.
The Elephant Vacuum Cleaner will give you a fun time!
Wow Kenken, you are neeto! I like the tiger washing machine the best.

Dearest Dan Santat,
You should marry Dana Carlson. Why? This would make me happy like the music on your index page.

Fashion despiration this week:
American actress Sarah Jessica Parker (news) gasped in awe as a model swathed in a gold snakeskin sheath walked like an Egyptian, striking a sideways pose to set off her giant jackal mask representing Anubis, god of the dead.
more bad fashion
It wouldn't be remarkable if this stuff were in the dollar store, but this is haute couture so you better marry money if you like garbage.

wasted cat high on the cat nip
Christmas came late for the cats. We got a pet bed for them, but we found they fight over it. So it's really Christmas coming late for us because we get to watch the pet bed wars!

Yum yum. I highly recommend to those of you with wintry dry skin to check out a Laney Honey Beeswax Bar. It smells like summer (actually it smells a teensy bit like honey) and it made my kitty scratches go away real quick. Go team Cat Scratch Fevah! I paid $4.95 at Amish Acres, but I see on the Laney site it's only $4.00. Bamboozled by the Amish! Arrrrrggghhh!

Well boys & girls, I have returned to the perils of the land of the novel. Dad bought me a courdoroy cowboy hat and a copy of Don Quixote on Friday. So here I go back & forth with the 55 lb. dictionary I have because the smaller ones don't have crupper, sonorous, aplomb or even knights-errant. The words haunt me because once I skip over looking them up they pop up in the next paragraph. Tricky words! Should take me until next Christmas to get to page 1050.
I found another Supah Site. And I must say, it definitely rivals my own. I like the Barbie Girl Midi and that it's all in Dutch (as far as i can guess).
