Christmas was great at my parent's place in Michigan. My brother and I put in about 36 hours between the two of us to get their broadband internet connection going. Needless to say I wasn't wired until yesterday at about 1AM. So sorry for neglecting y'all. My sister's kids were hilarious. When you ask my two year old niece what Luca Braci does, she will answer "Luca Braci sleeps with the fishes". I think my brother in law must watch that movie a lot.

Guilty pleasures confession: I used to subscribe to ELLE magazine starting about about age 14 until, around age 18. When I do occasionally pick it up from the checkout line I skip over the (once-)great fashion photography and go directly to E. Jean Carroll's column, who is the greatest. I was just reading a few, and I still love it. One other great thing ELLE got rid of in was knitting patterns... that was cool even though I never tried any of it...
